The number is the least interesting part

Any agency can find one metric that moved. The useful questions are why it moved, whether it would have moved anyway, and what it cost somewhere else to make it happen.

If you want the detail behind any of these, ask and we will walk you through it properly on a call, including the parts that did not work.

Ask about a specific engagement

How we report while the work is running

  • Targets agreed in writing before anything starts
  • One monthly report across every channel, reconciled to finance
  • Tests logged with hypothesis, result and decision, failures included
  • A quarterly review where the retainer is genuinely up for renewal
  • Raw data available whenever you want it, in accounts you own

Questions we get a lot

Several of our agreements include confidentiality terms, particularly where pricing or positioning is involved. Where we cannot name someone we describe the sector and stage precisely enough to be useful, and we can share more under an NDA.

Yes. Once we are both reasonably serious we will introduce you to a client in a similar situation. It is better that you hear about the awkward parts of an engagement from them than from us.

No. Outcomes depend on your market, product, team and starting point, and anyone promising otherwise is selling something. What we commit to is the process, the targets we set together, and telling you plainly when we miss them.

Tell us what isn't working

Half an hour on a call. You describe the situation, we tell you what we would look at first and roughly what it would take. We usually know by the end of the call whether we are the right people for it.
