A consultancy that stays for the building part
We started Stratovia around one frustration: strategy that arrives as a document and leaves before anyone has to make it work.
The gap between the deck and the doing
Consultancies tend to be good at diagnosis and absent for delivery. Agencies tend to be good at delivery and reluctant to question the brief. Between those two sits the part that decides whether a company grows: turning a plan into something that runs every week, with real constraints and real people.
Stratovia exists to cover that gap. We do the analysis a consultancy would do, then build and run the thing, and report against numbers your finance team already recognises rather than numbers that flatter our own channels.
In practice that means
- We will tell you when the problem sits outside marketing
- We will recommend spending less when spending less is the answer
- Targets go in writing before the work starts
- Misses get reported as plainly as wins
- Everything is documented so your team can eventually run it without us
How we work
Five things we hold to, including the ones that cost us money.
Evidence before opinion
Every recommendation comes with the mechanism, the maths and the risk attached. If we cannot explain why something should work, we do not put it forward. When the data later disagrees with us we say so out loud.
One set of numbers
We report to blended economics reconciled with finance, not to channel metrics that let every discipline look good on its own. It is a less flattering way to work and the only one that survives a board meeting.
Senior hands on the work
The person who scopes your engagement delivers it. We cap how many clients run at once to keep that true, which means turning down work we could technically take.
You own everything
Ad accounts, analytics, creative files, documentation and data sit in your name from the first week. Nothing about working with us should depend on it being painful to leave.
Build capability, not dependency
The best outcome is a client who needs less of us over time. We write the manual as we go and train your team into it, because a system nobody inside the company understands is a liability with a retainer attached.
How engagements are staffed
A core team that stays with you, plus specialists brought in where they genuinely help.
An engagement lead
One senior person accountable for the diagnosis, the plan and the numbers, in every review from the first call to the handover.
Practitioners
Search, paid media, brand, lifecycle and analytics people who do the work themselves rather than briefing someone junior to do it.
A production network
Design, video, development and digital PR partners we have used repeatedly, brought in transparently and at a cost we show you.

Questions we get a lot
Stratovia Consulting LLC is registered in the United States and works with clients across North America and Europe. Engagements run remotely by default, with workshops on site when a room genuinely helps.
Small and senior, extended by a network of specialists we have worked with before when a project needs production capacity. We cap how many clients run at once so the person who scoped your work is the one doing it.
Fixed fee for reviews, flat quarterly retainers for ongoing work. No percentage-of-spend billing, no multi-year lock-ins, and a break point every quarter where the arrangement is genuinely up for renewal.
Always, before any data changes hands. It runs both ways: we will not use your data, creative or results in our own marketing without written permission.
Tell us what isn't working
Half an hour on a call. You describe the situation, we tell you what we would look at first and roughly what it would take. We usually know by the end of the call whether we are the right people for it.
