Stratovia Consulting LLC

We work out why growth stalled, then help fix it.

Stratovia is a small consulting firm. Companies bring us in when revenue has flattened and nobody inside the building agrees on the reason. We spend a few weeks in the data, tell you what we found, and stay on to do the work if that is useful.

What we do

Five areas. Most clients need two or three of them, and part of our job is telling you which.

Growth consulting

Work out what is capping growth, then build the plan that removes it.

Digital marketing

Channels, content, conversion and email run by one team with one set of numbers.

SEO

Search traffic that turns into revenue, built on clean technical work and real expertise.

Advertising

Paid media built around your margins, with creative doing most of the heavy lifting.

Branding and positioning

Give the market a reason to choose you, so everything else gets cheaper to run.

How we work

Four stages. Nothing about it is proprietary, and you can stop after the second one.

  1. 1

    Look at the numbers

Two or three weeks inside your analytics, ad accounts, CRM and finance data. We interview your team and, where it is possible, some of your customers.

  2. 2

    Tell you what we found

A written review: where the money goes, where it leaks, and the two or three changes worth making first. It is yours whether or not you carry on with us.

  3. 3

    Do the work

If it makes sense to keep going, we build and run what we recommended. Weekly cadence, a backlog you can see, and an invoice with no surprises in it.

  4. 4

Write it down and hand it over

We document how everything works as we build it. A good number of clients take the whole thing in-house after a year or two. That is a fine outcome.

What you get in the first two weeks

  • A read on your unit economics, by channel and by segment
  • Where the funnel loses people, with the numbers behind it
  • A review of how you are positioned against the two or three companies you lose deals to
  • A short list of what to change, in the order we would change it
  • An honest answer on whether you need us at all

Why companies hire us

One team instead of four vendors

Positioning, search, advertising and reporting handled by the same people. Nothing gets tuned in a way that helps one channel and hurts the business.

Numbers your CFO recognises

We report on blended cost per customer and contribution margin, reconciled against finance. Platform dashboards are useful for optimising and poor for deciding.

The person you meet does the work

No handover to someone junior once the contract is signed. It is the main reason our client list is short.

You own all of it

Ad accounts, analytics, creative files and documentation sit in your name from the first week. Leaving should be easy if you want to.

Recent work

Three engagements, written up with the reasoning rather than just the outcome.

All work

What AI answers changed about SEO

The half of organic traffic that was never going to buy is disappearing. The half that was is getting harder to win and worth more when you do.

Questions we get a lot

Most of our clients sit between two and a hundred million in revenue, with a marketing team of one to fifteen people. Below that, a short review is usually better value than a retainer.

Yes. Repositioning, an SEO migration, rebuilding a paid account. We will still want to understand the whole funnel first, because improving one channel inside a broken system is an expensive way to learn very little.

Paid media and conversion work can move inside a month. Search and brand take six to twelve. We sequence things so the fast work helps pay for the slow work, and we are clear about which is which.

The opening review is a fixed fee in the low four figures. Ongoing work is a flat quarterly retainer, usually five figures. You get a number on the first call rather than after three meetings.

The person who scoped it. We cap how many clients we take on so that stays true, which does mean we turn down work we could technically handle.

Often, yes. Sometimes we are the strategy layer that makes a specialist agency more effective. If we think a vendor should be replaced rather than managed, we will say so.

Tell us what isn't working

Half an hour on a call. You describe the situation, we tell you what we would look at first and roughly what it would take. We usually know by the end of the call whether we are the right people for it.
